If you’re ready for the next level in weight lifting, look no further. Our Strong classes are a fun yet tough training program designed to test your everyday strength.

Centred around high-intensity Olympic lifting, Strong is aimed at building strength and enhancing conditioning. Sessions are structured around a time component – either as many rounds as possible in a fixed time frame or completing the workout in as little time as possible.

With a different workout every session, you will be able to put your mind and your body to the test with your fellow wolf pack members by your side.
