A top athlete from a young age, Brydon began a sporting career playing VFL, but soon decided he could do more as a personal trainer. Like anyone with passion, he threw himself into the role, studying every type of health and fitness course available: nutrition, kettle bells, boxing, functional movement, stretching, and many more. Because of his dedication, he quickly became a highly sought-after trainer because of his ability to bring out the best in his clients.

But Brydon still felt there was more he could do. He wanted to use his extensive knowledge and personal experience to create training programs that got the results they claimed. That’s when he decided to open his own studio, one where he could really make a difference in other people’s lives, and called it Back on Track Fitness.
