I love going to the gym now!! The community vibe is definitely alive at Back on Track. In the past I would shy away in a gym environment as I felt intimidated by others, but not here. I always feel welcomed and valued. The instructors pay close attention and make sure you're using the right technique, preventing injury. I've been going for the past 5 months and not ever done the same workout twice. I could never go back to a conventional gym again. Thank you!

A holiday to Greece and a hip replacement was my ultimate motivation to join Back on Track. With limited movement and constant pain I pushed through with no excuses! I feel fantastic and I cannot thank the trainers enough for their support and guidance, pushing me during each session to reach my goal. Most importantly, our friendship has made this all worthwhile. No excuses, join, you'll never look back. I bought my first pair of bikinis...yay!!

Back on Track Fitness has been the perfect fit for me. Having previously been hesitant to join the stereotypical "gym", Back on Track and it's excellent trainers have offered so much guidance (nutritional), exercise specific instruction and tons of encouragement. All of which has been thoroughly enjoyable, yet challenging enough to constantly drive improvement.
