Our Bootcamp classes give you a full body workout with a mixture of compound, plyometric and functional exercises that mimic everyday life movement patterns. With 8 stations, 16 exercises and cardio in-between you will be conditioning your body to move more efficiently and reduce injury.
You’ll get your heart racing with our High-Intensity Interval Training. We use the 40/10 method – that means 40 seconds to work as hard as you can with 10 seconds to rest in between exercises.
Combined with an energetic, social environment, your group will keep you motivated with plenty of high-fives as you complete your session.
