10% in 8 Weeks Challenge

The 10 in 8 Weeks Challenge is a program designed for individuals to lose 10% of their body weight over an 8-week period. With this program, members gain access to a powerful combination of semi private training, nutritional advice, daily educational videos, a private Facebook group, and the incredible support from fellow challengers and the entire Back on Track team.

This 8-week period is an education period as much as it is a challenge. We will be aiming to educate and enlighten each and every one of our members on the importance of healthy lifestyle changes for both short term and long-term weight loss. Our educational videos will guide members to implement small changes that will lead them great success in their health and fitness journey.

We guarantee results, which means if you follow our program 100% and lose 10% of your total body weight then we will give you your money back and the 8 weeks will be for FREE.

28 Day Challenge

If you are lacking energy, tired, not sleeping well and just need to get started back into something then our 28day challenge is for you! Our aim is to have everyone lose between 3-9kgs during the 28days.

Our 28day Challenge is designed to give you a taster for what its like to be a part of our back on track community. During the challenge, participants will be guided through a detox to help re-boot you metabolism as well as different nutritional and supplement options. You will train in our Semi-Private or Boot Camp classes and will have the added bonus of being able to attend ALL the extra classes! That’s up to 6 classes per week!

The challenge costs only $97 for the full month, with $300 of prize money up for grabs!


7 Day Trial Pass

If you are looking to experience our studio with no commitment then this is for you. Its a no – obligation week long pass where you are free to trail any or all of what we have to offer – for FREE! It’s a great way to see if our studio is what you are looking for.

Weekly Sessions

Semi-Private Training – 2x weekly

Semi-Private Training (SPT) is our flagship training method and is our most personalized of the options. Participants will be matched up with people of similar ability and goals. This will create a unity amongst the group and a healthy competitive spirit ensuring that all participants get the absolute most out of their training. SPT will be delivered in a 40-minute training period, which is the ideal time for members to get the perfectly delivered time effective workout without the risk of over training.

SPT offers two 6-on-1 sessions with an experienced trainer as well as access to up to 6 extra sessions with the silver and gold memberships. This ensures that the individual has the flexibility to mix and match a timetable that will suit their personal needs.  SPT includes the benefits of a comprehensive diet program, and weekly email/phone support from their nominated fitness coach, as well as 6 weekly testing, which includes measurements, photos, and fitness/strength tests. SPT is specifically designed to push you further and keep you on track, motivated and encouraged to reach your goals and more.

I recommend SPT training for those who want to see measured results and challenge themselves while under the watchful eye of an experienced trainer.  SPT will incorporate a wider variety of training specifically targeted to the group, their needs and personal goals. Our guarantee is that you will be fitter, stronger and experience more energy than you will ever have before.

Group Personal Training  – 3x weekly

While we are all familiar with the concept of Group Personal Training (GPT), you have never experienced something quite like this. Set up will be a circuit type training that, although in a large group, allows participants the opportunity to push themselves in accordance with their personal fitness levels. You will be instructed through your sessions by 2 of our exceptional staff who know when you need a push.

GPT is run over 40 minutes and heavily incorporates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) to maximize fat blasting and muscle toning, while also greatly improving cardiovascular endurance (fitness) and energy levels.

I recommend GPT if you are after maximal muscle tone and fat blasting while benefitting from vastly increased fitness and energy levels.

Extra Classes – Fast Track Your Results

 Boxing – 2x weekly

Boxing Classes promise to add a challenging variety to your weekly training program. Participants will not only experience boxing, but also a variety of other circuit based cardio programs designed to be low impact and be integrated into their regular training sessions.

Boxing classes are for those who need an extra cardio hit with variety but don’t want to push their body too far. Classes are held Wednesday morning 545am, Wednesday Evening 645pm and Thursday Evening 815pm.

Extra Weights Class – 2x weekly

A 45minute class where the individual can choose a prescribed session focusing on parts of the body they would like to improve on. For example a guy might like to build up his upper body or a lady might like to do some extra leg work and core work. Either way both are covered in this class. Sessions are written up on the board and you will be partnered up with another member training the same area; aka a gym buddy! A qualified personal trainer will be on hand checking technique and answering any questions you may have.

Extra Weights Classes are on Tuesday evening’s 815pm and Saturday morning’s 845am and can be included in the Silver or Gold memberships.

Circuit Training + Boxing – Saturday morning

 This circuit class includes 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and 20minutes with a boxing coach. The class will be full body workouts and will ensure a challenging session no matter your fitness or experience level. If you can’t find the motivation to complete extra sessions in your own time – this is a great way to mingle with the other members while working up a great Saturday morning sweat!

Members with a Silver or Gold membership have access to the 730am Saturday morning circuit/boxing class.

 Stretch Class – 1x weekly

Stretching along with core is very important in all aspects of life on and off the track. Completing this weekly stretch class will ensure that you are able to maximize the full benefits of the other training sessions while keeping pain and injury free. Classes are designed to assist the body in its recovery after exercise, whilst establishing a more relaxed and low-key environment.

The Stretch Class is open for all members of Back on Track Fitness Studio and is held on Saturday morning at 815am.
