They say the early bird catches the worm, but when it comes to exercise, this isn’t necessarily true. Some people swear by a quick workout session at the crack of dawn while others would not even think of breaking a sweat before noon.
In an attempt to determine the optimal time for exercise, many research and studies have been conducted. But as it turns out, both morning and evening workouts offer great health benefits, so there is really no right or wrong answer to the question. In truth, the time of day doesn’t affect how your body burns calories, but it does have a say on how you feel while working out and throughout the day.
