What is circuit training?

It is recommended that you first take a circuit training class with an instructor so that you can learn the different routines. Instructors would know how to target particular muscle groups and how to vary the levels of intensity.
For beginners, there is a lower intensity level while for people like athletes who are already used to high-intensity training, they will just need to learn the routines and may be able to do the circuit training for longer to maximise the impact
